Time to talk about one of the many Roseville homes for sale with a loft. I personally think that, in the past, the loft was kind of ignored. It was just “there.” Kind of handy but hmmmm, what do people really do with it. But nowadays, with huge TVs, plenty of electronic gizmos, and not to mention covid-19 keeping so many of us home and inside more than ever, the poor little loft has turned out to be the SUPER LOFT! One family I know uses it as a family room, movie den, and play room. They've put it to use wonderfully for years. They even painted one wall black and use their movie projector to have fun watching family flicks with their kids – like a drive in in their own home.
Another family's loft actually had a door so they were able to add an armoire and turn it into an extra bedroom.
And two of my real estate clients turned their huge loft into a multi-purpose exercise room for all, school room for the kids, and office for the parents. WOW! A fan light is always at the top of my wish list for a bedroom! And this big bed shows off how much room you have in the delightful master bedroom en-suite upstairs.
Through the door on the left, you can see a bit of the great walk-shower. And through the door on the right, you do get a bit of a view of the HUGE loft. Between that loft and this gorgeous and HUGH bedroom, you have plenty of room to handle whatever the corona virus (or any other nasty bug) throws your way, from working at home to schooling at home to exercising at home and more!

And check out the gorgeous bathroom with stone sink and shower. And the shower even has a seat in it. VERY handy for a multitude of reasons including broken ankles (sigh…yes, that was me a while back. I would have LOVED a seat like this in MY shower!)
You can't see the closet in this picture but if you look in the mirror on the right, you'll see the door to the closet AND the door to the commode that are on the wall facing the sinks.
Upstairs is also where you'll find the large and very handy laundry room. Very handy for washing everything from clothes to bedding, without having to lug all the laundry up and down the stairs! Very handy indeed! And check out that cute “ruler” for measuring cute kiddos! Don't you love it! 🙂
Here is the second bedroom – notice it also has a fan lamp! VERY awesome! So many of my clients get frustrated over no ceiling lights at all, including the bedrooms! Not a problem with this delightful house, that's for sure!
And yes! The third bedroom also has a ceiling light / fan fixture! And notice both bedrooms also have plenty of space!

But would you believe it, not everyone is as much a fan of the loft as I so they might not have mentioned it! But when you have a loft this big and this handy, you definitely want to brag about it!
These two photos probably don't show you quite how big it is – it's BIG. At one point, when I visited, they had a couple more desks in the room for school projects and working at home, as well as a good-sized exercise bike. And it wasn't cluttered or crowded at all. In this season of covid quarantine, that is AWESOME!

These homes are sometimes called patio homes. Not a big backyard but a nice one.
And don't you love the tile! As well as the raised bed for gardening! Great for all of us who might be a bit, how shall I put this, yard-maintenance-challenged? Or maybe we are great at gardening but in this season of life, we are still able to work and there's so much to do! I don't know about you, but I am going from morning til night right now – and loving it. But my own roses at home are definitely not getting as much time and attention as before. A yard like this would definitely be handy for that season of life, don't you think?
