Roseville Joys Our Roseville Neighborhood is shining bright as spring approaches. Yard sales, open houses, and homes for sale signs are popping up all over. Today I had two yard sales on my list. One was in the Crocker Ranch area of Blue Oaks Neighborhood near Mel Hamel Park. I also planned to attend the very cool JBF (Just Between Friends) used kids clothes and equipment sale.
