Placer County 2020 Open House Status Currently, in Placer County we are NOT allowed to hold traditional open houses. At this moment in time, subject to change with LITTLE or NO notice, we could conceivably have a tiny open house requiring appointments spread far apart. Here in Roseville California, we are allowed to do virtual open houses, virtual tours with tools like Matterport, and virtual video tours where the agent goes alone to videotape the house.
