WOW! Can you believe the official summer season is more than half over? In fact, for many school kids and grandkids, the season might as well be over as they are already back in school! Are you wondering how the real estate market is doing here in our neck of the woods in the midst of what is traditionally a busy season for buying and selling homes? Me too! So I checked it out and discovered that we haven't had a HUGE increase, but it's a solid one. At my Twitter site, I shared that tour housing market is in “recovery mode,” however some brokers say that it's still not at full potential.
In the meantime, I am seeing plenty of for sale signs on the streets of my neck of the woods and hearing about the great sales and listings at my Keller WIlliams Realty office meetings.
In looking at a couple of my favorite cities, I found several homes with gorgeous water views, something I really love. Can you tell I'm enjoying summer and water views. I even went wading earlier this week with my granddaughter and her friend.
If the summer house buying or water property bug has bitten you as well and you'd like to check out homes for sale – with or without waterfront property or a lovely view of the water – give me a buzz at 657-229-5293, email me at Kaye@KayeSwain.com, or click here to start house hunting right away. 🙂
P.S. I've added my Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook posts to the right column. Be sure to check back daily for interesting and useful real estate updates for our area. 🙂
