Lots of great info to share with you today about our Sacramento and Placer County CA area in general as well as some great Sacramento and Placer County CA real estate updates. I'm going to start with a great article I just enjoyed reading that lets me brag about my favorite city here, Roseville CA. Now mind you, I could be a wee bit on the partial side since I LIVE in Roseville CA. And hopefully, we all get to live in our very favorite cities.
And WOW! Talk about a gorgeously glowing review of Roseville CA. I think my favorite section is “Coupled with the low crime rates and quality healthcare facilities, Roseville is easily one of the most secure and convenient places to put down roots in California. In addition to its obvious economic advantages, Roseville offers its residents a genuinely great quality of life. The city boasts a “Mediterranean climate,”with mild winters and warm summers that are perfect for taking advantage of the city's parks, recreational activities and outdoor events (and makes it a best place to retire).” This article makes so many great points AND is soooo true! SACRAMENTO AND PLACER COUNTY CA REAL ESTATE
Here are some great stats for you to look over to get a good feel for where we are at with our Sacramento and Placer County real estate market. To keep it in context, December is generally our slowest month. Then January starts, and frequently we see a small bump as people happily DE-decorate from the holidays and are ready to start thinking about moving. January – February start getting busier. Then March hits and March-May are often one of our busiest seasons. Things slow down a bit with school getting out for summer, but it's still pretty busy. Then comes September-October, HOLIDAY SEASON HAS STARTED, and that is usually our slowest real estate season. BUT the people who are house hunting then are the most serious. So it's still a great time for real estate sellers to put their homes on the market. With all that said, let's see what the Sacramento and Placer County Real Estate Market did, right in the middle of the holiday season.

Note The Big Item Of Difference?
Did you see it in the videos. ALL the rest of the cities in Placer County AND Sacramento County were down on number of homes closed in 2023 compared to 2022. BUT ONE WAS NOT. There were just as many homes sold (give or take 1 or 2) in Roseville CA in December 2022 as December 2023! AWESOME! While we did not make U-Haul's top 25 of most moved-to areas this year like we did 2022 and earlier years, Roseville is STILL a top hot spot for people to move to and buy in.
So SELLERS – if you need to move, whether due to your job situation, your family issues, health needs, or just because you'd like to, give us a call and let's get started planning out the best course of action to help you! Wait til we show you the newest photo and video options we provide you to help you sell your house as quickly as possible for the best price possible.
