Hi and welcome to one of my virtual open houses – this time it's one of the Lincoln CA homes for sale with pool! Not only that! It's also one of the single story homes for sale in Lincoln CA! 😄
Introducing one of the lovely Lincoln CA homes for sale with pool. As you can see, it is also has one of my favorite “features!” It's single story. I've lived in single story, I've lived in two story – as have all of my kids. They both have pros and cons. But to me, single stories have more pros than cons. And one of their major pros is that they are terrific for “aging in place.” In other words, if you moved into this beautiful home, you most likely would not need to move out in a few years because of age or health-related issues. You are already in a great house for both of those. And as you can see below, it is as lovely at night as during the day.

I love the muted shades on the walls as you step into the front of the home – very restful and lovely, don't you think? And check out the beautiful hardwood floors! Also, be sure to notice the designer doors in this Portola model. Nothing boring about them at all!

Notice the “TV area.” Plenty of room, fan up above, great lighting, plenty of room for whatever size TV you prefer and beautifully decorated as well. Don't you like getting great decor ideas from well decorated homes! Me too!
You can see from the furniture that this living room area fits at least 6 comfortably! Giving you a lovely “formal” area. But for those of you who lean towards the great room option, voila! You will both be happy. It IS a great room, but with PLENTY of room – there's even space for a formal dining room, along with the more casual bar seating at the kitchen island! And it's the kind of island I LOVE, with a sink in the middle. My very favorite house had that and I really appreciated it!

And you will especially appreciate that those are “soft close” cabinet doors! Less noisy and much easier! Not to mention the delightful view in the backyard of the POOL! With the temps still in the high 90s, that pool looks doubly refreshing today, don't you think?
I really like the handles on the cupboards. I have little round flower knobs and they catch on EVERYTHING, including my wired earbuds! These handles are smooth and solid and shouldn't catch on anything! Another practical delight! Don't you like the fact that the cupboards are abundant and that they don't go all the way to the ceiling. They make a great spot to put up extra photos and favorite knick knacks, I think. What do you like to put up there?
Take a look at the appealing design of the stone counters. The pattern and coloring go so nicely with the entire kitchen decor.
Did you happen to notice the lovely and practical stainless steel KitchenAid stove and dishwasher? Plus the black refrigerator in the garage will stay and should mesh well with the black in the oven. Very practical indeed!
Notice the Apron Sink below – nice and big, giving you an easy way to clean your bigger pans and platters after a holiday or other company meal. Especially nice for those items that are just too big for the dishwasher. They add such charm to any kitchen – and especially this one, with so many other thoughtful additions!

Moving on from that gorgeous kitchen, let's pop into the master bedroom. Notice the hardwood floors here as well.
This is such a lovely and relaxing room – and roomy too! Notice the large bed, 2 large dressers, sitting area, night stands, and even a bench under the window. And still plenty of room to walk around easily.

Some of my clients enjoy this style and they rave about it!
Strolling along a bit further, you'll come to a second bedroom that is also abundant in size – enough for a roomy bed, a dresser, and a wall length desk (GREAT for working at home!)

After the past year of dealing with shut-downs and working at home, a gorgeous office like this definitely catches my eye. This fourth bedroom is currently used as an open office style and wow! I could definitely put an office like this to good use, for sure! How about you? And with plenty of room in this house for two desks (or even more), if there are two of you working from home, you'll be doubly set.
I have a nice laundry room with two cupboards, washer and dryer. I would LOVE to have THIS laundry room, with four more cupboards, a sink, drawers, and best of all to my mind? A counter to fold my laundry! Anyone else agree with that?

HOWEVER, shortly after I posted this virtual open house, this lovely home got changed in the MLS to pending. So I'm afraid it's no longer available. This was a winning combination that DID NOT LAST!
