For those new to the area, it is considered to be in Sacramento. BUT it is also in Natomas. So to borrow a tactic from the oldy goldy Certs Commercials, this house is in Two Two Two cities at once.

Natomas has the zip codes 95833/95834/95835 and the mailing address city is Sacramento. For example, the North Natomas post office's address is, 4401 Gateway Park Blvd., Suite 130, SACRAMENTO CA 95834. 😀
The City of Sacramento refers to it as a community and states that, “The Natomas community has grown rapidly since the mid-1990s with extensive residential, office park, and retail development. The latest U.S. Census data indicates that the Natomas area includes more than 90,000 residents. Located near two major freeways, the Sacramento International Airport, and Downtown makes this area a prime location for visitors and locals alike. The particular area I am sharing about today (see the red pointer in the map below) is nestled between the Sacramento airport above, the Sacramento River, the American River, and Downtown Sacramento with the Capitol building below. If google is cooperating, you should be able to click the map and see the actual google site, allowing you to enlarge, reduce, and scroll around. The house I am spotlighting is actually only a mile to a river (yes, you do need flood insurance) and WOW! you can walk to the river! How cool is THAT! It's also only 2 miles to Sand Cove Beach – which is an American River access and a nature area. Very cool, indeed!
