AUTUMN JOYS IN ROSEVILLE CA
WOW! Can you believe we are one month into Fall already and Autumn home and yard decor is beautifully appearing everywhere! Autumn is my favorite season and it makes going shopping practically anywhere so much more fun. Our local nursery, Green Acres, has had the prettiest pumpkins out, as have Raley's and Bel Air. And the Westfield Galleria at Roseville CA is beautiful as well. Not to mention Trader Joe's and Target on Douglas here in Roseville CA. Just to name a few! And oh my, there are so many fun things to do for autumn, harvest, Halloween, and soon – Thanksgiving and Christmas in Roseville CA and the surrounding Placer and Sacramento County area!

REAL ESTATE BOTTOM LINE
There a lot of interesting and useful info in the charts and article above. The bottom line? The market has slowed a bit, which is totally normal for autumn. School has started, holidays are coming, fewer people are thinking of buying. The good news about that for sellers is that most of the people out house-hunting are pretty serious and that should make escrows go a bit more smoothly. The good news for buyers? Less competition hopefully means less multiple bids and less stress getting an escrow started.
Another tidbit of interest in the charts and article above? The market is higher this September 2015 than it was last September 2014. And the same for August 2015 vs August 2014. Very good news for sellers, that's for sure. And with interest rates still wonderfully low, that continues to be great news for buyers.
