Multigenerational Options in Rocklin CA
I had the delightful opportunity to visit the model homes at JMC Wrenwood. Today, I wanted to spotlight one of the four with a virtual home tour. They are all lovely homes. But today's – Residence 3, along with one other that I hope to share about later, have the distinct advantage of offering multigenerational options in Rocklin CA to those who might be interested in that. Not to mention lovely homes for growing families in Whitney Ranch – Rocklin CA.
Here's a video on this lovely 3-4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home including some of my comments about it.
You'll note a few areas that I bypassed and came back to. I was working around homebuyers who were also enjoying looking at these large and lovely homes. 😊 You may have noticed that the sign in front says 3-4 bedrooms but I only showed you three bedrooms. The upstairs loft can be changed to be a 4th bedroom . That way, you have the option to use the primary bedroom downstairs for aging parent(s) if they can no longer handle the stairs. With 2356 square feet, you should still have plenty of room to not feel squished (I did just that for several months with my sweet parents – although the layout was a bit different.) In part 2, that should come out in the next couple weeks, you'll discover they have another model that is even bigger, allowing for a loft to become a 4th bedroom AND bathroom which is even better for multigenerational homes in Roseville CA.
And not only that. As we've seen over the past umpteen years, you never know what a year will bring. But this house is also great as the years go by. With a full bath AND a half bath downstairs, along with the lovely master bedroom, you are fine to stay put if you want as you age, even if the kids and the senior parents move out. You would never have to go upstairs. Except maybe, if your kids have kids and those adorable grandkids come to visit. They could have their parents' old bedrooms and you'd only have to go upstairs occasionally with them, but not nearly as much. Talk about great aging in place Rocklin CA!
In the beginning of the video, you get to see a gorgeous vista. This property is up in Whitney Ranch in Rocklin CA and it's a very hilly lovely area, often with great views. I looked at one of their homes that is ready to buy now and oh my – such a gorgeous view in the back yard. I bet they get cute goats back there to munch the grass too? 😊 And, of course, always doublecheck that nothing else can be built in a spot like this before you buy. 😊
