Average price rose $61,249 in the past year!
Definitely easier on the pocketbook for buyers in Citrus Heights but not by that much!
Bottom Line
Interest rates are going up. Inflation is on the rise.
Sellers – if you need to move, this is a GREAT time to lock in an excellent price while there are still plenty of buyers!
Buyers – If you need to move, or are renting and want to PAY YOUR OWN MORTGATE instead of your landlord's and you have a great interest rate, this is the time to use it. That rate may be a distant memory soon.
