Apartments For Rent Right Across from the Galleria
After stopping at the Apple Store in the Westfield Galleria at Roseville today, I headed out the entrance closest to the Promenade. I noticed that it comes out right across the street from the Pinnacle Apartments at Galleria. “How handy it could be to live there,” I thought. Easy walking for many to both the Galleria and the Fountains at Roseville. Handy to restaurants like my fave, Plutos. Handy to shopping like the terrific Whole Foods at the Fountain. Handy to fun seasonal and holiday activities to be enjoyed at both the Galleria and the Fountains. It does seem like it would be quite nice.
Apartments for Rent Near the Galleria and Fountains
Of course, the Pinnacle Apartments aren't the only option near this great shopping area. My Keller Williams real estate office is on Gibson Drive right around the corner from both. I am always admiring the apartments on Gibson that include The Terraces at Highland Reserve, The Villages of the Galleria, Highland Creek Apartments, and Venu at Galleria Condominium Rentals.
Homes for Sale Roseville Rocklin Within 2 Miles of the Galleria
Lots of rental options for sure. But what about homes to buy? Yes! There are options for that as well. I was actually very surprised to see how many! Here's a search I did for a 2 mile radius using the middle of the Westfield Galleria at Roseville as the center point – which means it also covers the area of about 2 miles around the Fountains at Roseville, as well as the shopping centers across Galleria from the Galleria and the Fountains – the Creekside Town Center, The Ridge at Creekside, and the Creekside Plaza. Take a look.
Condos for sale in Roseville Rocklin Near the Galleria
This is in order of most recently listed and even includes condos for sale in Roseville CA near the mall, if any are available. That includes any condos for sale in The Reserves gated community in Roseville on Gibson, also very close to the Westfield Galleria at Roseville. FYI on any condos for sale in Roseville and throughout the Greater Sacramento Valley, though. If you're house hunting for a home and plan to use an FHA loan, it can be very difficult to find a condo in our area that you can use an FHA loan with. The condominium board has to follow certain procedures mandated by FHA to allow you to get an FHA loan on a condo. We do have a handful in our area that allow it, but most don't seem to. As of today, 3/25/18, I did spot one condo that one of my real estate clients was able to buy with an FHA loan.. 🙂
