Time for another of my virtual open house tours. This is a Delta Breeze floor plan located in Del Webb Sun City – one of the 55 plus retirement communities Roseville CA offers. With over 3000 homes it's the second biggest community in the Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln CA area (Only Sun City Lincoln is larger). It's a delightful place to live! Kitchen / Great Room
Notice the lovely counter tops in the kitchen. They are NEW QUARTZ countertops. Easier to clean, I understand. Also, there are brand new appliances and LOVELY appliances for you to enjoy. And it's been freshly painted through the house.
In addition they have some great solar screens on the windows! I've had those before and they work GREAT! I believe this window shows an example of them:
Flooring
Did you notice the lovely flooring throughout. The thoughtful people in charge of ordering it made SURE it did NOT have those “transitioning strips” that irritate many of my clients. This gorgeous LVP flooring runs throughout this lovely home in one of the 55 plus retirement communities Roseville CA offers, giving it a much more open feel. That's especially handy if anyone has a walker or wheel chair. I remember being in one home with my sweet mom and it had those strips and she kept getting stuck on them with her walker. Needless to say, that was quite frustrating!.

Here is the hallway from the primary bedroom to the second bedroom, bathroom en-suite. Notice there is a single door closet for guest coats, vacuums, etc. And a double door closet that currently has rows of shelving for bedding, office supplies, etc. Not only that….
When I showed off the lovely glass bricks in the primary bathroom, I mentioned I would be sure to show you the glass bricks in the main entrance area….
Here they are – on the inside of the house they are in the hallway leading to the second bedroom which is adjacent to this on the left side, and the storage closet and cupboards I mentioned in the previous comment are to the right of these – giving you extra lighting with privacy along that hallway. AND right below these glass bricks is yet another little storage nook. I LOVE extra storage options – don't you? Also, this lovely glass block window is looking into the courtyard and right next to the entrance. So it makes a delightful entryway for you and for your guests.
Garden Delights
A couple of the garden beauties I noticed as I walked around…There are at least two rose bushes I spotted – the other is red.
I believe these are camellias. They are located just outside the master bedroom – lovely!
