Bottom Line For the 9/4/22 Real Estate Market in Roseville CA Area
Sellers – What isn’t changing is the slower pace of price appreciation. You’ve likely got equity, so why not take full advantage of that now? You’ve got many options whether to stay in town or move to another city closer to family or good friends. I have connections with agents all over the country, which enables me to refer you to a top agent anywhere. And as you can tell, I am monitoring the real estate market closely to help you price your property correctly. Yes, you may get less than you might have sold it for 3 months ago. But you will most likely still get much more than if the uptick of the last two years hadn't happened. So this is still a great opportunity for you, particularly if you have a need to move.
Buyers – Prices are dropping, houses are staying on the market longer (even brand new construction homes) – so lots of good news! If you need a loan, though, be aware that interest rates are higher but they are still lower than many of the interest rates in the previous decades. And if you need to buy, you should hustle to take advantage of that before there are more interest rate increases. Also, be sure to check with your lender to see what special loans might be available, including some that can provide you with free money for closing costs as well as other options. Need a good lender – give me a buzz – I have some great ones to recommend to you. And if you have any questions about the Roseville real estate market or the market in the surrounding area, don't hesitate to call for that as well. 😀
