Today's 9-10-23 real estate in Roseville CA area update is starting with a bit of a twist. My great KW office put together this great video for us that shows how things are doing this year vs last year for Roseville, as well as Placer County, Rocklin, Lincoln, and Granite Bay. Happily, I am even busier this year than last year, so I gratefully am using this for today's update and hope to return to my regularly scheduled update NEXT week – we shall see. 😀 Either which way – it's great info for you and that's the most important fact!

 

9-10-23 Real Estate in ROSEVILLE CA Retirement Communities

•  According to Metrolist MLS,  there are currently 29  houses for sale in all of our lovely Roseville CA 55 Plus Retirement Communities
• Of those – 7 are in the Silverado Homes at Eskaton Village;  14 are in Sun City Roseville; and the other 8 are in The Club at Westpark, Lennar Heritage homes, and Lennar Vineyard homes.
• 4 Homes decreased in price this week
• 0 Homes increased in price this week
• 5 New homes on the market this week

There are still lots of cash buyers in today's market. I have seen a lot coming from the Bay area, Denver area, and other higher priced areas – sometimes to move closer to family, sometimes to help their retirement funds last longer in our less expensive area. But Ryan shares other great reasons for it as well and it's a fascinating article.
