NOW look at the rates below from BEFORE the Fed meeting! NO CHANGE! That's good news for buyers (which means good news for sellers when the buyers take advantage of it! ) š

And speaking of mortgage rates, you may have heard about changes the government has made – which appear to reward those who aren't working hard at keeping a good credit score and possibly punishing those who do
It's apparently not that dramatic, tho I don't necessarily agree with it. That being said, the people with excellent credit scores will still have better rates, just not as much of a difference, maybe?
