It's time for the 4-16-23 Real Estate Market in Roseville CA area. This week I'm also including the 55+ homes at Lennar Esplanade at Turkey Creek, right next door to the Turkey Creek golf course Lincoln California.
In case you are not familiar with them, these are gorgeous, brand new 55+ homes that are located adjacent to Sun City Lincoln – right across the Lincoln Newcastle Highway and just off Ferrari Ranch Road. When it is fully built out, the community will be kind of the shape of a heart (from a drone's view anyway). ❤️ (I'm not great at computer drawing, but can you kind of see what I mean? I thought that was sweet. 😊)

These homes are so lovely with all sorts of interesting touches – including the showers we all know and love that you find at both Sun Cities, but for bath lovers, many homes have a large, optional, and lovely BIG bathtub that is as much a designer element as a great soaking tub. While many (most) 55+ are less fond of showers as we age, I've had several clients who LOVE tubs. So both can be happy with the choices if you buy them new. If you are buying a resale, just be aware to check to ensure your favorite is included. 😊

Spring has definitely sprung (my azalea above proves that), interest rates are down another teeny bit, buyers are out BIG time, but available homes are still a bit scarce (sellers – it's STILL a great time to sell and if your house is well priced AND “well dressed” it'll likely go quickly. 😊)
