Bottom Line For This 12-4-22 Real Estate Market in Roseville CA Area Update
Good news continues for buyers, with prices continuing to drop (sometimes by several thousand++) and interest rates also dropped this month – though only by a “hair.” I'm hearing a lot of people wonder what will happen in the fed meeting coming up this month, some with hope, and some not so much. “The final Fed meeting of 2022 will happen on December 13-14 with a rate decision coming at 2pm ET on December 14”
Next year's schedule for the Fed meetings has been posted and per Forbes, it is:
