Happy October! I thought I'd share this week's 10/2/22 Real Estate Market in Roseville CA Area along with some lovely photos from Sun City Lincoln Hills. I had a lovely weekend showing off so many of the lovely Sun City Lincoln homes for sale to one of my clients who plans to relocate to our area. A couple of the homes had such gorgeous views of the valley. Two had awesome water fountains she loved! And oh my – she so fell in love with Sun City Lincoln Hills over all including all the lovely views we saw.
We visited both the Orchard Creek Lodge and the Kilaga Springs lodge and we both loved the swimming pools! We also thoroughly enjoyed getting to talk to some of the awesome and very friendly future neighbors there including one delightful gentleman who shared about a play they will be performing in November.
We enjoyed a lovely lunch at the Meridians Restaurant (isn't that a gorgeous view from our table?) where I have to give mega kudos to the staff. I have NEVER had such great and frequent tea refills while I enjoyed my salad. VERY impressive.
